Gaurav Chauhan is the founder of The Himalayan Trail and a senior mountaineering instructor rooted in Uttarkashi. Having trained at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM), Gaurav has led over 180 high-altitude expeditions across Garhwal and Himachal. His deep respect for Pahari heritage, combined with international medical and safety standards, ensures that every trekker experiences the mountains safely and authentically.
